In Hamburg, numerous gatherings took place on the 8th of March, the by far largest demonstration had several thousand participants. Here a contingent of the Red Women's Committee Hamburg also took part in the first third of the demonstration, carrying a banner with the slogans: "Women combat and resist: Against imperialism and patriarchy! Against the inflationary wave and militarism!".

Even though British imperialism tries again and again to paralyze the freedom struggle of the Irish people and even tolerates a customs border within its territory for this purpose, just to avoid a hard border between the Free State and its Northern Irish colony, there are always armed actions from the ranks of the Irish independence movement. This has been the case in recent months, with a series of armed actions in Northern Ireland against British imperialism.

Just in time for March 8, Foreign Minister Baerbock presented this week, together with Svenja Schule of the SPD the new, so-called "Guidelines for a Feminist Foreign Policy".

57 people were killed and hundreds injured in the train disaster in Greece last week. A disaster that is not so much a misfortune as a result of many years of austerity policies in all areas of the country. When we talk about this austerity policy, we must not forget the role of the EU and especially of German imperialism, which a little more than 10 years ago, within the framework of the EU bailout package, imposed almost unacceptable measures on Greece, under which the Greek people are becoming more and more impoverished.

For a class line in the Women’s movement!”, signed by The Struggle Committee (Norway), Anti-Imperialist League (Finland) and Anti-Imperialist Collective (Denmark), for the 8th of March. It has also been translated in the respective languages of the organisations signing the joint declaration.

In occupied Palestine, one bloody crime against the Palestinian people follows another. As reported in previous articles, the Israeli colonial state is currently intensifying and increasing immensely the violence against the national liberation movement and the Palestinian people. Recently, there have been ruthless attacks by settlers in four cities.

Proletarians of all countries, unite!

On February 17 thousands took to the streets of Suriname's capital, Paramaribo, storming the parliament building of this 600,000 people strong former (formal) dutch colony, located North of Brazil. Protest erupted due to high living cost as prices for energy, goods and transportation exploded and the exchange rate of the currency plummeted.
