In the following we document a report about the demonstration for justice for Adel last Saturday (see another report published earlier on DVD) in Essen, which was uploaded to the website of the Infoladen Wuppertal:

Essen. Germany. June 20. 2020. The demonstration against racist police violence was banned in Essen today, only a stationary gathering was allowed. But despite the ban people started marching after the stationary gathering anyway. A report from Essen.

During the tempestuous times in which the world is going through, the massive protests that crossed the whole world, as a powder fuse track, were enough to move the oppressed of the Earth to shake the old imperialist order upside down. The spark was the broadcast torture and slaughter of the black unemployed worker in Minneapolis, United Stated of America, the so much revered sanctuary of democracy of capital. From the bowels of the sole hegemonic superpower, in lightning speed and with thunder power, the masses launched into the air the emblematic harbinger of new times.

On Monday, June 23, clashed between protesting masses and security forces occurred for the second night in succession in the city of Tataouine in Tunisia.

The comrades of the Tribune of the People have published an important statement condemning the persecution of three persons who participated in the mass-uprisings in the United States, sparked of by the lynching of a Black man, by the a Joint Task force of the Austin Police Department and FBI. After last year there were manifestations and actions in several cities in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) regarding the 19th of June, Day of Heroism, also this year again actions took place in several cities of the country. These actions were even more powerful, more broad and more sucessful than last year. Through this very clearly more and more a new revolutionary tradition for 19th of June is getting established in the FRG. At this point we want to give a short overview of these actions.

In some countries there were several actions this year regarding the 19th of June, Day of Heroism. Here, we give a short overview on the actions.

On Saturday, June 20, fights between masses and police occurred, when hundreds of residents of of a quarantined housing complex tried to break through the barriers.

So called “Islamists” carried out two attacks with explosives on Saturday, 20.06, in southern and central Somalia, killing at least seven soldiers.
