This 1st of May marks the first anniversary of the announcement of the foundation of the Red League (Roter Bund) as a nationwide revolutionary activist organization and a quick overview shows, that the Red League has celebrated this anniversary adequately.

We hereby reproduce the May Day declaration of the International Communist League that was published on Communist International and Red Herald:

The Mura people defend themselves against imperialist mining

In February, we reported that in the state of Amazonas, the imperialist company Potássio do Brasil Ltda was granted a license by the federal court responsible for the state, "TRF-1", to mine potassium on the land of the indigenous Mura people. The granting of this license is tantamount to the expropriation of the Mura's land and ultimately means their expulsion from the land they have inhabited for centuries.

This year on the 1st of May there will be another demonstration in Goetheviertel with a block party at the place of the finishing rally. The comrades undertook powerful actions for mobilization with leaflets, banners, stickers and posters.

This Saturday, on the 27th of April a demonstration was held in Hamburg in solidarity with the Palestinian resistance in which about 3000 people took part. Former "Godfather" of Hamburg and todays federal gangster Olaf Scholz was at the same time in the city to kick off the European election campaign of his party, the SPD. Making a lot of noise the demonstration walked from the main train station in the direction of the "Fischmarkt", the place where Olaf Scholz and his Consorts were at that time.

We publish an updated and actualized version of the Declaration for the fallen revolutionary fighters in India and a call for international actions:

On Saturady, the 20th of April, Seeds for Palestine organized a demonstration in solidarity with the people of Palestine and against the weapons industry, which has a strong local presence. Activists of the Red League took part and sent us a few pictures.

We have received a report from the Red League NRW, which we would like to share here.

This week, from April 15 to April 21, we participated as part of the Open Palestine Meeting Bochum in the week of action for the release of Palestinian prisoners, which was proclaimed by the nationwide Kufiya network, of which the Open Palestine Meeting Bochum is a member.
