We forward information that was posted by Correo Vermelho news on the last actions in Chhattisgarh district, where the red fighters are carrying a forceful boycott campaign at the same time they struggle to defend the peoples of India against the reactionary and fascist state, which is lackey to imperialism, as one can clearly state from all this war against the people to benefit mining companies that is the “Operation Green Hunt”.

Maoist Party on Tuesday called for a boycott of the Telangana Assembly elections scheduled for December 7. In a statement sent to some media houses, Communist Party of India (Maoist) called upon people not to participate in what it termed ʹfakeʹ elections and fight for a "democratic Telangana".
Issued in the name of CPI-Maoistʹs Telangana State Secretary Haribhushan, the statement found fault with the policies pursued by all political parties.
Alleging that the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has not fulfilled promises made in the last Assembly elections, it said that since public resentment was growing. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao went for early elections by dissolving the Assembly nine months before its term was to expire.

The general elections in India are upcoming next year. And the ruling class including the current president, Narendra Modi, fear the announced protest of the broad masses. They may try to discredit the rebellion, may instrumentalize the “war against terror” to get rid of every opposition, but they won’t suppress the justified rebellion of the masses. Even if some politicians, like the Union home minister Rajnath Singh, are fantasizing about “completely eliminating left wing extremism” in “the next three years”, the old Indian state and their police and military are actually in great fear of the protests. That means in fact, that they fear the ongoing people’s war led by the Communist Party of India (Maoist).

A wave of protests occurred in Idlib province, in Syria, against the latest bombings that were made in the region by Russian imperialism and the semi-colonial and semi-feudal regime of Bashar Al-Assad. The largest of the protests occurred in the city of Maarat al-Nouman, in the same province, which gathered more than 25,000 people on the streets. The same occurred, in smaller proportions, in more than 20 cities and villages of the region.

One of the posters said: "Russia and Bashar Al-Assad bombard us and say we are the terrorists." A 36-year-old worker on the demonstration said, "We just want to send a message to the rest of the world that we are only an oppressed people who long for freedom."

New Delhi, 06.10.18

TheHindustan Times newspaper reports that the PLGA (People´s Liberation Guerrilla Army) has launched an offensive called "Ghamasan" to confront the government offensives of the "Operation Samadhan" last year and this year, which aim to stop the expansion of the Maoists.
The information is based on a document, 11 pages, dated June 25 and published by the Eastern Regional Bureau (ERB) of the Central Committee of the CPI (Maoist).

Cornered, the Supreme Court of New Delhi, India, ordered the replacement of pre-trial detention to domicile detention for at least two of the arrested activists. The chairman of the Democratic Revolutionary Front, Varavara Rao, and the activist Gautam Navlakh were released. Both are now in their houses.

Gautam Navlakh had his pre-trial detention canceled on 1 October because, according to the Supreme Court of New Delhi, the "evidence" presented by Pune police who carried out the arrest were "unsustainable" and did not comply with the legal requirements and constitutional. Upon learning of the conversion of his pre-trial detention to domicile, he stated that he could not "forget the co-accused who remain imprisoned for their ideological convictions."

VAVARARAO

we forward information from the bourgeois media:

“Revolutionary poet Pendyala Varavara Rao on Thursday said the Supreme Court order asking the Pune police to return him home in Hyderabad was a 'slap on the face of the government'.

Rao, 78, is one of the five activists who were arrested by the Pune police in raids in five cities for their alleged links with Maoists on Tuesday. The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered the activists will be kept under house arrest.

A police team flew Rao from Pune and dropped him at his apartment in Gandhinagar as the Telangana police put up a security ring. Rao’s wife Hema Latha received him as he stepped out of a police car and his family rushed to embrace him, but the poet didn’t show emotions.

“It’s a temporary relief of me and others, but the Supreme Court order is a slap on the face of the government. We have been booked in a conspiracy case just because we mooted a platform to raise the voice against the fascist rule in the country. In fact, the government itself has conspired against us,” Rao said aloud before entering the apartment complex.

Rao will be under house arrest till September 6, the Supreme Court has said. He cannot meet people outside his family and he cannot speak to people outside his home, even on his phone. A four-member Pune police team, aided by the Telangana police, will be posted at Rao’s residence.

“On Wednesday, we heard the prosecution’s argument for one hour. The court will hear the government on September 6,” Rao said. “The government’s action will have a lot of effect on the society. People will understand the government conspiracy,” he said.

He referred to noted historian Romila Thapar petitioning the Supreme Court on behalf of the five arrested and said that it substantiated the argument that the case was false and conspiracy by the government.

On August 28, the Pune police searched Rao’s home and questioned him for eight hours before arresting home. He was taken to Pune the same night on a transit warrant from a local court.”

We forward the statement of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) denounce the arrests and pursuits of intellectuals in the whole country that took place this year. The reaction is fabricating accusations based on a supposed message supposedly held by Rona Wilson containing the name of intellectuals, including Varavara Rao, in a plan to assassinate the Prime Minister signed by the CPI(Maoist). And all the democratic people must be against the old Indian State for this arbitrary arresting and support the campaign to release them.

The Maoist party condemned the arrests of rights activists and called for a national agitation to fight against the arrests.

The Pune police have started arresting intellectuals from all over the country from 6th June 2018 in the name of Bhima Koregaon conspiracy case. Sudhir Dawle, Rona Wilson, Surendra Gadling, Shoma Sen and Mahesh Raut were arrested. In the second round of arrests on 28th August Varavara Rao, Vernon Gonzalves, Arun Ferriera, Gautam Navalakha and Sudha Bhardwaj were picked up from their houses implicating them too, in the above conspiracy case. The police also raided the houses of Prof. Anand Teltumbde (in Goa), Pror. K.Satyanarayana, Journalists Kranthi and Kurmanath (in Hydeabad) and Father Stan Swamy (in Ranch).

The Pune police and the Maharashtra Govemment have left the original perpetuators over violence (Shambhaji Bhide, whom Narendra Modi calls as his Guruji and Milind Egbote) in Bhima Koregaon on 01 January 2018, untouched and they are Free.

The police had started floating conspiracy theories through their pliant media, from June itself saying that they have recovered incriminating letters from the laptops of Rona Wilson and others and that all of them have participated in a conspiracy along with the Maoists to assassinate the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and wage war against the Indian state.

Many well-meaning intellectuals and even some of the retired police officials and Judges also exposed the concocted nature of the letters and analysed how they can only be fabricated letters. They exposed how in the "modus operandiʹ or our party, an underground party, there is no scope for the usage of any such letters/mails and more so the usage of original names for any military operations or logistic operations. Therefore the framing of some of the above intellectuals in connection with a concocted plot to kill Narendra Modi is one of the biggest frauds thrust upon the people of lndia. Attempts are made to silence the sane and dissent voices by killing people like Dabholkar, Pansare, Kalburgi, Gauri Lankesh and by making attempt on the life of Omar Khalid or by arresting activists like GN Saibaba and others. Murugan, Chandrasekhar Azad Ravan and the present round of arrests and slapping UAPA [Unlawful Actions Prevention Act – our note] and sedition acts on them... In fact, this is the real conspiracy by the stale. Any critical observant of our movemenl will notice that it is our underground guerilla forces which are involved in military operations. There cannot be any role for activists like those who have been arrested.

All the intellectuals, right from Dr. Vinayak Sen and Sony Sori to Saibaba and Varavara Rao, Sudha Bharadwaj and others are democratic rights activists and revolutionary intellectuals who have dedicated their lives to defend the rights of the downtrodden- daliths, Adivasis. Minorities, Women, Workers, peasants- and their right to organise and agitate for their rights. it is this activism that the current fascist regime of Modi and shah wants to curb.

The fascist regime of Modi - Amith Shah-BJP/RSS is actually facing a serious crisis of credibility and economic, political and social crises. The poll promises of Modi of eradicating corruption, unemployment, doubling the income of farmers etc have fallen flat. Their favoritism, crony capitalism and the corruption involving Ambanis, Adanis, Modis, Mallyas eto stand exposed. Demonetisation, GST [Goods and Services Tax – our note] and other pro-imperialist policies have had devastating effect on the lndian economy and have resulted in the closure of small and medium scale industries and in huge unemployment. The attacks of Hindutva vigilante gangs on Daliths, Adivasis and women and progressive intellectuals like Dabholkar, Gauri Lankesh and others are giving rise to a new polarization and consolidation against these fascist forces.

in such a back ground the Modi-shah regime is resorting to incarceration and intimidation of democratic rights activists and revolutionary intellectuals -

- To prevent the emerging unity of Daliths, Minorities and the revolutionary movementas was being witnessed in the Bhima Koregaon program and the call "Nayee peeshvaayi - Nahee chalegi"

- To divert the attention of the people from the real issues of crony capitalism, corruption, unemployment, sky rocketing fuel and other commoditiesʹ prices by creating the bogey of urban naxallsm apart from pseudo patriotism, Pakisthan bashing etc,

- To further intensify the Green hunt operation launched by the Congress regime and wants to resort to aerial bombings, further deployment of military and para military forces in Dandakaranya, Jharkhand and Odisha. The massacres and cruel repression on the Adivasis is going to intensify many fold. The state wants to preempt any solidarity movement out side these areas. The arrested activists are among those who are in the forefront of exposing the cruel repression and the onslaught.

- By raising the bogey of urban naxalism and branding every peoplesʹ movement against corporate forces, anti-people policies of the government as being naxal inspired and backed that state wants to suppress every movement. We have witnessed this in Thuthikudi struggle, Pathal gadi movement etc in recent times. The arrest of the activists is a warning to all the leading elements of such movements.

The desperation of the state is completely evident in the arrest and harassment of even octogenarians like Father Stan swamy and Varavararao to achieve the above objectives.

There is an increasing need to fight the fascist forces by one and all. we congratulate all those democratic forces and exposing the nefarious activities of the state and especally of the Modi-Shah-RSS trio.

We call upon all the democratic and revolutionary forces and then workers, peasents, Dalits, Adivasis, Minorities and women to join togeather and fight back and defeat these Brahminical Hindutva fascist forces.

Two politicians from the reactionary party Telegu Desam Party (TDP) were executed near the village of Lipittuputtu, about 15 kilometers from the border of the states of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa.

About 50 Maoist fighters, mostly women, stopped a car that was carrying Congressman Kidari Sarveswara Rao and the former parliamentarian from Visakhapatnam district, Siveri Soma. The revolutionaries stopped the security guards, confiscated their weapons and executed the politicians.
