We hereby publish an inofficial translation of the call by PARTIZAN and the Red League for the LLL-March in January 2026:

Proletarians of all countries, unite!

To the Streets for the Luxemburg-Liebknecht-Lenin-March in 2026!

The general context in which the LL- march in 2026 will take place is one in which the whole world is increasingly in turmoil. Imperialist wars of aggression against oppressed nations and peoples, such as in Palestine and Ukraine, militarization, warmongering, and a strong fascist tendency in imperialist states, accompanied by a general offensive against the living conditions of workers and the masses, resulting in growing poverty, hunger, and misery, characterize the world panorama.

In Germany, the crisis of the ruling order is deepening. In order to overcome the economic crisis, finance capital and its state are relying on increased state capitalism, while at the same time Millions are being thrown into unemployment and poverty. In order to overcome the crisis of parliamentarianism, the fascistic AfD is being hyped up as a “radical alternative”, when in fact it is nothing more than the most loyal defender of exploitation and oppression, and this “horror” is then used to mobilize the bourgeois-liberal petty bourgeoisie in the name of “anti-fascism” to defend the imperialist state – all in order to channel any form of discontent and possible resistance into law-abiding channels. Ideologically, every form of idealistic degeneration is promoted, be it “post-modern” decadence or “conservative” reactionary obscurantism – all of which are nothing more than different expressions of the same imperialist chauvinist ideology. The transformation of the Bundeswehr from an armed force primarily geared toward waging modern colonial wars to one that can once again engage in direct confrontation with the armies of other imperialist powers requires the increasing militarization of the state as a whole, and of course, above all, its various armed organs. Militarism and warmongering have once again become perfectly acceptable, and once again the youth of the working class and the people are expected to be ready to march into the trenches to be slaughtered on the bloody altar of the holy profit. In short: reaction all along the line.

But the sinister plans of the exploiters and oppressors are meeting with increasingly powerful resistance. Here in Germany, the strong development of the anti-imperialist movement is a qualitative leap in the development of the people’s movement, and the increased resistance of the working class and the growing anti-militarist movement offer great prospects. The peoples and oppressed nations of the world are rising up in struggle against the imperialists and their accomplices. The heroic struggle of the national resistance front in Palestine against the barbaric genocide of the Israeli butchers and their US imperialist masters is a source of inspiration that has given a great impetus to the development of the anti-imperialist movement everywhere on earth. At the same time, since summer 2024, a wave of popular uprisings has been developing. In Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Madagascar, Mozambique, Morocco, and Peru, the masses have risen up and shaken the old order to its foundations, led everywhere by a new generation of fighters. The struggles in France in September and the massive people’s uprising in Ecuador in October-November, both with a significantly higher degree of organization and strong activity by communists, fit into the same picture. The masses are crying out for the organization of their rebellion and demonstrating the existence of a revolutionary situation, developing unevenly but growing throughout the world. This is the main cause of the increased aggression of the imperialists against the peoples and oppressed nations. Revolution is the main tendency.

The objective conditions for a great leap forward in the development of the Proletarian World Revolution are in place. The problem lies in the often lacking leadership of the Communist Parties. The armed proletarian vanguards in the oppressed nations, the Communist Parties leading the People's Wars, play a decisive role in this situation for the development of the struggle against imperialism. These Parties form the vanguard of the growing army of the oppressed and exploited. They are living examples of the fusion of the proletarian movement with the national liberation movement under the leadership of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. In this sense, the significance of the People's Wars led by the Maoists goes far beyond their national resonance; they are crucial to the struggle for the triumph of communism throughout the world.

It is in this sense we must understand what is happening in India right now. Since the beginning of 2024, the Indian bureaucratic-capitalist and semi-feudal state has been waging a massive offensive, called “Operation Kagaar,” with which it is attempting to defeat the new-democratic revolution in India. By applying counterrevolutionary strategies of so-called “low-intensity conflict”, developed primarily by US imperialism to drown revolutions and national liberation wars in blood, an all-out war is being waged against the Communist Party of India (Maoist), the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) led by it, the Revolutionary Committees (the organs of the new people's power), the masses in the cities and countryside, and against anyone who shows solidarity with the revolutionary movement. The death toll among the people is high. In March of this year, the General Secretary of the CPI (Maoist), Comrade Basavaraj, was killed. So far, eight Central Committee members, dozens of leading cadres, and hundreds of party members, PLGA combatants, activists, and masses have been killed in the course of “Operation Kagaar.” Just like Luxemburg, Liebknecht, and Lenin back then, they held high the red flag to the very end and gave their lives for the Communist Party and the revolution.

Whenever a revolutionary process goes through difficult times, a bunch of renegades appear. This is also the case now in India. Some former leaders of the CPI (Maoist) have capitulated and joined the ranks of the counterrevolution, and now they are actively fighting the comrades. They are participating in the psychological warfare of the Indian state and continue to incite betrayal and desertion. But the Central Committee stands firm against the reactionary onslaught at the head of a true Maoist Party and a revolutionary army, steeled by long years of People's War and with a mass base of millions. These comrades will pass every test and stay the course until final victory. It is our proletarian internationalist duty in this struggle, which is of the utmost strategic importance in the struggle for the victory of communism throughout the world, to stand by our comrades with all our strength. In this sense, we make the words of the International Communist League our own:

We must redouble our efforts to develop the international campaign to support the People’s War in India. We must not allow the nefarious plan of imperialism, as part of its LIC–strategy, and the Indian reactionaries, with the help of renegades and traitors, to spread confusion and pessimism to succeed. We must unmask the psychological warfare of the enemy by raising the consciousness of our own forces and the Masses in general with the truth of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, developing our ideological and political counter-offensive. We must rush to battle on every front to fight of all attacks on our India comrades. We must fall the imperialist in the back and do all we can to sabotage their plans. We must unite everyone who can be united to serve the defeat of “Operation Kagar” – and the LIC-strategy in general – for the victory to the New Democratic Revolution in India through its only path, the People’s War.“ (ICL, October 2025)

We call on all internationalists, anti-imperialists, and revolutionaries in Germany to join us in taking the initiative and vigorously advancing the campaign to support the People's War in India here in this country, as a central part of the urgent task of building the anti-imperialist front.

Today, as then, we are certain that the sacrifices of the fallen are never in vain. When we wave our flags on the streets of Berlin on the second Sunday in January to honor the founders of the Communist Party of Germany and the great Lenin, we are also sending an unmistakable message of class solidarity to our comrades in India.

To the streets for the LLL -March 2026!

The fallen heroes who became immortal are our honor!

Down with “Operation Kagaar”!

Long live the People's War in India!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!

Long live the International Communist League!
