Since the so-called peace agreement of  February 29 this year, at least 113 forces loyal to the government have been killed. At the same time, the German Parliament has once again extended their military mission in Afghanistan for another year.

On March 12, members of the Taliban attacked a security outpost in Charbolak district, killing one local police officer and wounding another.

On March 11
    • a security outpost in the Pala Posh area of Balkh district were attacked. One pro-government militia member was killed and another injured.
    • Taliban members on a motorcycle shot two police officers in the district of Aqcha, Jowzjan province.
    •  a police officer was killed and three others were wounded thru a roadside bomb exploded in the Chinzai area of the highway connecting Takhar to Kunduz province.

On March 10, a security outpost were attacked in the village of Sanjidak in Moqor district, Badghis province. In the skirmish one pro-government militia member were killed.

On March 08
    • a military cook got arrested by members of the Taliban later shot. The incident took place in  Dasht-e-Qala district, in the province of Takhar.
    • a roadside bomb exploding near a security outpost in the second police district in Lashkar Gah, the provincial capital of Helmand, killed a member of the National Directorate of Security and wounded another.
    •  member of Logar’s provincial council and his two bodyguards were killed in the city of Kabul.

On March 07
    • one police officer were shot dead in the village of Pol-e-Malan in Guzara district, in the province of Herat.
    • the Taliban attacked a security outpost in the village of Taqcha in Pashton Zarghon District, in the province of Herat, killing three local police officers and wounding another.
    • a pro-government militia outpost in the village of Khwa Khawja-Noor in Koshk-e-Robat Sangi District, in the Herat province was attacked, killing one pro-government militia member. (The bourgeois media also claims the killing of civilians in these attack, but normally you are not a civilian if you are on a  pro-government militia outpost.)

On March 06
    • a soldier were killed in the Dasht-e-Abdan area of Kunduz City and his military vehicle and his rifle were seized by the attackers.
    • a military base were attacked in Shahrak-e-Turkmania village of Shahi District in Balkh Province, killing one police officer and wounding six others.
    • A security outpost in the Sorkh Kotal area of Pul-i-Kumri City, the provincial capital of Baghlan were rushed, killing four police officers and wounding another.
    • the Taliban attacked a security outpost in Kunduz City, killing three police officers and wounding four others.

On March 05
    • the Taliban attacked border forces in the village of Chehldokhtaran in Koshk-e-Robatsangi District, killing one soldier.
    • two police officers were killed in an insider attack in the Nachin area of Tarin Kot, the provincial capital of Urzuzgan. Six other police officers burned down the outpost and joined the Taliban.
    • a security outpost on the highway connecting Sar-i-Pul City to Sayyad District, in the Sar-i-Pul Province was rushed, killing two police officers and wounding another.
    • a police security outposts on the highway in Sharesafa District, in the Zabul Province were attacked by the Taliban, killing six police officers and wounding another
    • men on a motorcycle fired on a police checkpoint in Kandahar City, killing one officer.
    • a red unit of the Taliban killed four police officer, one soldier and one police officer in  the Makhmal Kocha area of Imam Sahib District, in the province of Kunduz.

On March 04
    • the Taliban attacked a military base in the Pul-e-Bangala area of Balkh District, killing three pro-government militia members.
    • a police officer was shot dead by the Taliban in Farah City.
    • A police officer were abducted and later killed in the Jalriz District, in the province of Wardak.
    • the Taliban attacked two security outposts in Aqcha District, in the Jowzjan Province, killing one police officer and one pro-government militia member.
    • the Taliban attacked a military base in Pul-i-Kumri City, the provincial capital of Baghlan, killing one local police officer and wounding another.
    • one police officer were shot dead by the Taliban in Qalat, the provincial capital of Zanbul.
    • the Taliban attacked a security outpost in the Niche area of Tarin Kot, the provincial capital of Uruzgan, killing nine police officers before the outpost was recaptured with the help of reinforcement forces.
    • the Taliban attacked a security outpost in the Bota Kashan village of Imam Sahib District, in the province of Kunduz, killing three border security soldiers and wounding two others. The Taliban eventually captured the outpost, seizing all equipment and weapons.
    • a security outpost in the Nasiriha village of Kunduz City were attacked, killing three local police officers in the clash.
    •  a Taliban red unit equipped with night-vision goggles attacked a military base in the Third Police District of Kunduz City. Fifteen soldiers were killed.
    • in the Malarghi area of the highway connecting Kunduz to Takhar, the Taliban abducted three soldiers. One of the soldiers was later killed by the insurgents.

On March 03
    • the Taliban attacked security outposts in Washir District, in the Helmand Province, killing two security forces.
    • an Afghan soldier was shot and killed by a Taliban sniper in the northwest of Maimana City, the provincial capital of Faryab.
    • the Taliban attacked the center of Almar District, in the Faryab Province, killing two pro-government militia members and wounding another one.
    • one soldier was killed when Taliban fighters attacked a security outpost in the village of Aziz Abad‫ ‬Camp in Zawol District, Herat Province.
    • the Taliban attacked a security outpost in Shindand District, in the province of Herat, killing one soldier.
    • the Taliban attacked security outposts in the BatoKhail and Hasan Khail areas of Muhammad Agha District, Logar Province, killing five police officers.
    • two police officers were killed in clashes with the Taliban in the Akbar Khan area of the highway connecting Takhar to Kunduz Province.
    • the Taliban ambushed a local police vehicle in the Takhta area of the highway connecting Sar-i-Pul to Jowzjan Province, killing two local police officers and wounding another.

March 02
    • a Taliban sniper shot and killed an army sergeant in the Gaday Qala area of Shirin Tagab District, Faryab Province.
    • the Taliban attacked security outposts in Shawalikot District, Kandahar Province, killing one police officer and wounding another.
    • a vehicle of local police officers in Nerkh District, Wardak Province were attacked,  killing one officer and wounding four others.
    • the Taliban attacked several security outposts in the districts of Grishk, Nadali, Nawa and Sangin, in the province of Helmand, killing two police officers and wounding four others.
    • A former soldier who was traveling by public transportation was shot and killed by the Taliban in the village of Takht-e-Pol in Obeh District, Herat Province.
    • the Taliban attacked the Ibrahim Khail area of Zurmat District, Paktia Province, killing one police officer and wounding a pro-government militia member.
    • one army commando was shot and killed and another was wounded by a Taliban sniper at the military base located in Bala Murghab District, Badghis Province.

March 01
    • a police officer was killed by her young son, a member of the Taliban, according to officials, in the 11th Police District of Herat City.

February 29
    • A police vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in the Sagi area of Mianashin District, Kandahar Province, killing three police officers and wounding another.

There can be no peace with imperialism. As long as there is exploitation and oppression, there will be resistance and that is good. Even if it is reactionary forces that lead these struggles, it does not change the legitimacy of the rebellion.
