Since November 4, the magazine Red Flag has been distributed in Norway. For publication, the publisher (Publishing House Red Flag) gave an interview in which they said:

First and foremost, we founded the magazine and the publishing house to serve the development of the revolutionary movement. We are supporters of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism. It is the third and so far highest stage of the ideology of the proletariat, without which no socialist revolution can succeed. Both publisher and journals try to take on the important task of establishing this ideology in the revolutionary movement in Norway in order to be able to apply it specifically to the specific circumstances here. That's the most important thing, the political one.

Second, it is 50 years since the Red Flag was first published in Norway. At that time, the magazine was published by the so-called Red Faction of the Communist Party of Norway. The publisher was Ester Bergerud, a member of the Party's CC and supporter of Mao Zedong thinking. Fifty years later, a journal is published that represents both a continuation of the tradition and a further development of our ideology.

The fourth of November is the founding day of the Communist Party of Norway. This was first made in 1923 after a long struggle within the Workers Party. It is an ideal moment to publish the journal intended to reconstitute the Communist Party of Norway.
